DESCRIPTION

Linco-Electromatic, Inc.’s LEMC® Automated Terminal Control System is designed to meet the need for custody transfer loading and unloading of products. It allows the flexibility of using a customized database to conform to any application. It is user friendly, providing a more efficient and accurate way of controlling the transfer of products. The Automated Terminal Control System (ATCS) is designed to run on a standard PC computer utilizing the Intel Pentium® microprocessor. (extra serial ports and parallel ports added for communication.) The installed software provides the capability of interfacing with various loading and unloading system components, such as the Smith Accuload II®III® Electronic Preset, weigh scale systems, Spectrum SOI keypads, card readers, tank monitors, gate controllers, and others.
