DESCRIPTION

INVALCOʼs Dualpulse insertion flow transducer is an innovative design combining well proven technology with the performance enhanced by the use of modern engineering materials to provide a cost effective and reliable means of measuring the flow of a wide variety of low viscosity of liquids.

CONSTRUCTION

- A durable peek rotor with a graphite-PTFE impregnated peek bearing rotates around a Tungsten Carbide shaft to promote longevity. The body is all 316L stainless steel.
- The unique metering head and aerofoil shaped rotor are shaped to extend the linear measuring range to cover flow velocities from 1 - 33 ft/s (0.3 - 10 m/s)

APPLICATIONS

- Commonly metered liquids range from nonconductive low viscosity solvents to extremely viscous lubricants, chemicals and food bases.
- Application flexibility is further enhanced as meter performance is independent of flow profile eliminating the need for straight pipe runs required with most other metering technologies.
- Multipulse has no stagnate chambers to harbor contaminants. There are no restrictions on mounting orientation and the flowmeter may be operated under vacuum flow, pumped flow or gravity flow conditions.
